Exalco Group Limited

On 4 th February 2006 all Exalco Group Companies, (with the exception of Exalco Financial Services Ltd) merged into one company, called Exalco Group Limited.

Exalco Group, now operates as one company, but with the following separate and distinct divisions:-

• Investments and business development
• Metals and steel products
• Property Development and leasing
• General / International trade
• Vehicles

Financial services is provided by Exalco Financial Services Limited under licence from the Malta Financial Services Authority. Exalco Financial Services Limited is a wholly owned subsidiary of Exalco Group Limited.
